Rolling Laptop Stand

It is so ironic how many people are willing to spend so much money on their laptops, but then go cheap on a case for it. That makes a lot of sense doesn't it? No it does not, I was being sarcastic. In my opinion, if you are going to make an expensive investment in such a product, you should obtain an adequate form of protection for it.

Basically, many people just go out and get their computer and then think that they have all that they need. This is where most go wrong. Say that you drop that mobile computer and it shatters? Not everyone goes the extra mile to get laptop insurance. Now you are out of luck and have wasted a lot of money. More than likely, you will not be able to get a refund or new computer from the company that you bought it from - it's not their fault. Now that we laid the foundation for the importance of getting a quality case for you laptop, it is time to go over the different kinds.

The most common case that people buy is the sleeve. A sleeve is simple, tight fitting layer that fits snug over your computer and does provide a barrier. They usually have a zipper mechanism to ensure that it stays closed and have several pockets for you power cord and other accessories. I really like these cases; however, they do not provide enough of a barrier to protect your laptop from breaking if dropped. They may or may not keep it from breaking; my opinion is that if dropped from a high level, you may be out of luck.

Another common type of bag for a net book is a rolling laptop case. A rolling laptop case is simply what it says - a bag that protects your computer from harm, and has wheels for easy mobile transport. These are great because most of them are wheeled luggage bags that have a place to securely put your laptop in. Many people who do a bunch of traveling go with one of these. The only reason that I think people don get a rolling laptop case is because they are worried about looking cool. Why would any one want to put the effort forth to carry a bag when they could use less to simply pull it along?
